The company was started by Calvin Netshifefe who has acquired a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering including GCC mine and works. He started his mining career as an Apprentice Fitter in 2002 at Anglo Platinum and grew up through all the ranks. He acquired experience as an Artisan Engineer Supervisor, Plant Engineer, Trackless Engineer, Engineering Manager and Resident Manager.
